Most of the cars hadn't even stop yet, and the 6th or 7th son of a bitch goes to lead the pack because of that.
In my book thats cheating, as a matter of fact, pretty much in anyones book, why did they get away with this.

Green flag means go. If race control didn't grid properly, it's not the driver's fault, though starts like this are stupid dangerous due to the accordion effect at T1 being even more pronounced. That's how Ronnie Peterson died.

Jeez, most of the grid wasn't stopped.
If they were in the habit of throwing the green in that manor (when the first row stopped, and the rest of the grid had not come to a stop) at every start, I would do the same thing.
Every weekend.
I might even try to qualify on the second or third row so I could do a rolling start.

Oh yeah, I'm not saying that that's the way to do it. Quite the opposite. They fucked up badly, but if I were a driver and I saw green, you know my right foot would be down.
